Jacqueline left a voice message on the Family Life Behind Bars phone line about how traumatic it was for her and her family when she was incarcerated because of her substance abuse problems.

She is now involved in a program, Connecticut Pardon Team, that helps former inmates file their pardons applications. You can contact the non-profit organization at 1-860-823-1571.
